72: Is Your Barbecue Canceled??? (Richard Ramirez)
Thursday Feb 25, 2021
Thursday Feb 25, 2021
We're breaking from tradition this time and giving you a true crime episode that is clearly not on Thanksgiving. We decided, with Netflix releasing their new docuseries, we would dive into a discussion about one of the most infamous serial killers in American history—Richard Ramirez, aka The Nightstalker. While we don't go into much gruesome detail, please be advised that this is a particularly atrocious story, and some listeners may find it disturbing. We're providing trigger warnings for sexual violence, abuse, description of murder, and, because I think it is warranted, poor dental hygiene.
All that said, please enjoy this episode! We're excited to let you know that THIS IS A BOBCAST!

Hey kids! No lie, this episode was a bit heavy since Season 2, episode 6 of Netflix's "Unsolved Mysteries" didn't pull any punches. We're diving into the story of the disappearance of two young boys from a public park in Harlem in the late 1980s. We discuss what could have happened to young Christopher and Shane, the likelihood of their reappearance, and the systemic racism that may have contributed to their failed return.
